By submitting the contact form on this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the contact form or any other service offered on this site.

These terms apply solely to the use of www.splendidbear.org and the inquiry process it facilitates. They do not constitute a service agreement for any project or engagement — a separate contract will govern any commissioned work.

When you submit the contact form I collect the following information:

• Subject — a short description of your inquiry.
• Email address — used solely to reply to your message.
• Message content — the details of your inquiry.

No account is created and no sensitive personal data (payment information, identification documents, etc.) is requested or stored through this form.

The information you provide is used exclusively to:

• Read and understand your inquiry.
• Reply to you via email.
• Evaluate whether a potential collaboration is a good fit.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. It is not used to build advertising profiles or subjected to automated decision-making.

Inquiry emails and any associated correspondence are retained for as long as they are relevant to a potential or active business relationship, and for a maximum of 2 years after the last communication. After that period they are permanently deleted.

If no reply or follow-up occurs, the message is deleted within 90 days of receipt.

As a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the data held about you.
• Right to rectification — you may ask me to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data at any time.
